It'll slow you down pretty fast, just like hitting a snowbank in an ice
race.  No penalty but the fact that you hit it will increase your time.  But
if you do manage to knock the wall out of its present position, that should
be a 2 second penalty.  I just haven't figured out how to put it back in the
box...
