Let's tell burnout stories! Hehehehehe.

I too had an auto with a 455 Olds engine in it. Holley 4 barrel carb,
cammed, and hot ignition.

This was in an early 80's Chevy Silverado(I think) FULL size pickup. Every
year the seniors in our high school got out a few days before everyone else
and had a tradition of burnouts on the 2 speedbumps in front of the school.
Someone would pour Clorox on the bumps and they would go to down. Burnouts,
brake torquing, length competitions. The works.
Well in '88 it was my turn. Truck with no weight in the back. No contest.
I burned so much that the right side tire wore to the cords in a 6 inch
spot. I looked in my rearview and saw a solid left stripe, and a dotted
stripe on the right. I thought that was strange, but didn't think much of
it.
5 miles away at my friends house I checked it and like, you know changed the
tire before Dad found out.
What an afternoon.

Now I Autocross so I can spin the tires in many directions!
