Some minor semantics here but on Neon it's only necessary to do the key
on-off thing 3 times to get the codes. The codes them selves are only
two digit codes with 55 being the all-clear code at the end of any
problem codes.
The most common Neon code is the 12 code: Direct battery input to PCM
was disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles. This is usually
tripped by corroded battery connections though.
