I am personally not getting any of the emails in this
discussion from the CM list except the ones that Josh
is sending, despite the list being included in the
senders list. Is that true for anyone else?

One other point I would like to make about this
proposal is that I think it is addressing the apparent
problem incorrectly. If the issue is FF2000 not being
competitive currently in BM, rather than remove the
wings and detune it why not look at ways to make it
more competitive in BM since you are proposing
changing the cars anyway? BM certainly could use the
competitors more than CM can. One of the biggest
obstructions to running BM is cost. Rather than take
away a potentially more affordable entry route to BM
at the risk of adversely affecting a more successful
class, this proposal should be looking at ways to make
the FF2000 more competitive in BM and try to help the
class that needs more competitors. That makes a lot
more sense to me than creating a Solo2 specific
vehicle that may be an overdog in the class below.

This sounds a lot to me like an "I" class argument
where someone with a FF2000 wants a class that "I" can
win. If you are going to change the cars, change them
to make them more competitive in the class they are in
currently which has a lot less risk than the current
proposal does.
