Ron, The parts book lists a plain washer, spring washer and rubber washer as stay pivot to bracket hardware (funny, they don't seem to list the cotter pin). The rubber washer is p/n 9122215. This is on page X4 of my parts book. I could be reading this wrong, not sure.
