On the clutch that takes too much travel, is your bleeder valve on the top of the slave cylinder, with the inlet pipe on the bottom? If not, it is backwards, and you probably have not gotten a good enough bleed. Did you change anything else? You said you used spacers to push the MC backwards. So it sounds like you have the MC on the back side of the bellhousing - which would be correct. On the brakes, I installed a .70 MC without servo. I got it from Pegasus off the shelf. Works great.
