It's interesting how a topic like this wakes us all up from the dead on thi=
s list. It's nice to see everybody again!=20
IMO - this is one of those classic topics where we all agree to disagree be=
cause we all attack the hobby in our own way. I'm not saying anyone is wron=
g. There are guys that do all the work themselves=2C and there are guys tha=
t just want it done right and they write the check. And everybody in betwee=
n.=20
I had a buddy at work that had two classics (non-LBC) and he just decided h=
e wanted them to be "perfect"=2C took them to supposedly good experts of bo=
th marques=2C and wrote the big checks. He almost never got his cars back=
=2C took years=2C one guy filed for bankruptcy=2C his lawyer had to threate=
n the other guy=2C ended up taking one of them to a third guy that was even=
 willing to start where the first guy left off.=20
Just be careful out there.  YMMV
