Well spotted Dick ( *1 sorry, couldn't resist, it's a British car forum after
all..). Vance had also identified that part earlier today in a reply to my
original post:

Unfortunately this part doesn't seem to be available at this time from the
usual UK sources.

I'm not familiar enough with the Weber to know if there is a way to connect
the AR valve to their float bowls. But if run-on is a major problem, take a
look at Roger Williams book on "How to Improve....." and you'll see a note on
connecting an aftermarket valve to the intake manifold. Looks like they can be
sourced from England. From what I can gather, turning off the ign. opens a
solenoid, which vents to atmosphere. No suction, no run-on.
