[6pack] Armrest question

I installed one of those JC Whitney armrests back in the winter and
the thing has already broken (cheap plastic hinges).  I can't find it
in the archives, but I seem to remember reading that the armrest from
a Spitfire will fit on a TR6.  Can anyone confirm that?
