I used a product from Meguiars called Scratch X. It is available at Wal-Mart and works great on yellowed headlight lenses and all plastics. It even works on minor paint scratches. The problem with cleaning up the TR6 reverse lenses are the plastic ribs on the inside of the lens. There is just no way to get any polishing tool or product in there to do an adequate job. Better to spring for the replacements in this case. John Cohen 76 TR6 http://www.triumphowners.com/701 |
