Ok guys now I'm confused. With the SPIN ON oil filter adapter just how many gaskets, o-rings, or whatever you call them are there supposed to be in there? For the past 15 years there's only been one rubber one - about 2 inches in diameter that seals the center circle of the unit to where it meets the engine block. The old canister filter system had a larger gasket that sealed the thin outside ring of the canister into the slot on the block. Joe CF18928U |
