I had the same problem. Fixed the cracks by spreading a light coat of black
silicone around, and it passed. Fortunately, FL has now done away with
inspections. Somebody just sold a new rubber seal on e bay, $15.00, and I
meant to bid but forgot!

Went to get the TR6 through state inspection today, thought I had everything
ok until the inspector said the seal from the gas cap to the filler neck,
part no. 834-907 was not sealing properly, is cracked etc. I didn't know TX
even checked that. Anyways, called Moss and Little Car British Co. and they
said that seal is no longer available.Does anyone know of another company
that may sell something like that?
