I guess it's time for me to loose some weight.

I ride bicycle, and at one of our Sunday breakfast meetings a young and 
rather rotund member of the group was telling us how light his new 
multi-thousand dollar bicycle was. The "elder statesman" of our group, 
who won't ride a bicycle if it's not rusty, looked up and said "loose 40 
pounds, you'll go a lot faster".
