Dick,

I stand corrected, it was 19mm that you said you keep your floats at. I
found it in the archives.

My problems seem to be many. Originally, I posted that I couldn't get it to
run under load. I could get it to idle and rev well in the driveway but the
minute I took it out on street, it would bog down and barely move.

It was suggested at that time by many that possibly not enough fuel was
getting trough. I've checked and rechecked the floats, adjusted them and
then put them back all with out any positive results.

Well, yesterday, I replaced one of the "new" needle jets with the old grose
jet and the leaking stopped but I can't get it running. It will start but
now it sounds like it's not running on all cylinders?

On a positive note, I am getting real good at replaceing the carbs :)

I bought a compression tester yesterday and think I will get a timing light
today. I don't think it has bad compression but some have suggested that my
2500 mile drive and then rebuilding the carbs may have done it in so I want
to rule that out.

Thanks,

Mark
