With my '69, I think it's the flasher.  It's located in the footwell of the
passenger side, on the right side down at the firewall.  The turn signals
work occasionally, and then get stuck on, not flashing.  I tried tapping the
flasher with a wrench and it started flashing again.  I have a part on
order, and I'll let you know if that was it.
