Thanks for all of the suggestions out there. I should have stated that the
whole dash and ignition switch are out of the car and on its way to their
new home in NC. The wiring is all disconnected in the interior, etc. I can
jump start my 75 at the starter relay with a screwdriver but the 76 is wired
slightly different. I'll reread Dan Masters electrical portion again and
see if I can figure something out. I thought a hot lead to the starter A
post would have kicked in the starter but no luck.
