1. Like previously stated, only the early cars had the grease able water pumps.
2. Most of the stock U-joints had small hex head plugs in them. You can still
buy the long neck grease fittings from Moss & TRF. They screw in but are very
tuff because of the tight location. Most new U-joint come with the holes but
not the correct grease fittings.
3. While I had the car apart I place a service hole in the trailing arm to
correct this problem. I drilled a 3/4" hole in the bottom of the trailing arm 3
15/16" from the backing plate. Now it is easy to grease these fittings
The only other way that I know of is to pull the hubs out of the trailing arm
to get at the fitting. Major job.

3. I had a hard time getting the grease gun nozzle to fit the nipple on the
outer universal joint? Any suggestions?
When greasing everything else, it was right where the book said it would
be. As I said, maybe I just hit my head way too much while being under the car!
I know some of this seems "dumb" but remember you are talking to a novice.
I love this car and I am willing to learn; I just need a little show and
tell once in a while!!
