Alan---The only way to know for sure is to pull the cam and indicate the
degrees of duration and lobe lift.  It may be that the PO took some
liberty in describing the "S3" cam as a custom grind somewhere between
the S2 and S4. (It could be done)

The specs for these two can be found in the Comp Prep Manual.
