Steven---When all of the linkage in the pedal box is relatively free of play, and no air is present in the clutch hydraulic system, you should get at least 1/2" of pushrod travel at the SC. The clutch will still disengage if there's a little less than that, but the pedal will have to be right at the 'floor board'.
