Peter and others,
I am going to chime in on this. Several years ago I overhauled my '76 TR6,
disconnected the emission junk, and put a TR250 cam in it. I modified the
distributor to
achieve a high mechanical advance. The car runs well. But, I keep wondering .
. .
would a TR250 distributor work best for my car?

I would like to see this topic discussed on the list. Thanks.
