I purchased a new black nylon carpet from McGregor British Car Parts in
Dundas Ontario. The quality is about the best I have seen. The price was
quite good for the quality. The pile and cut are really good. I have seen the
other comparably priced sets from the big three and was not too impressed. He
gets his carpets and parts from the UK. The carpet I purchased was black,
everyone carries this color. He also has a variety of other colors as well.

I also purchased an interior kit from Moss. It is not as good a quality as
the original. As a matter of fact some of the vinyl covering was coming off
the backboard when I received it and it will have to be glued back together.

I have purchased interior parts for the other car I had and I was amazed at
the difference in quality from supplier to supplier.

It's time to start thinking about a new interior for my 75 TR6. The body
work is done and the car painted but the interior is a mess. The car is
delft blue and I've always disliked the shadow blue interior color.

I've looked at carpet and vinyl samples from TRF and they were nice but the
color was not exactly what I wanted. Wool versus nylon carpets, what do you
think? British Victoria offers a very attractive "biscuit" colored interior
kit for $999 that's now on sale for $899 (haven't seen a sample yet). If not
the biscuit, then it will be black.

Has anyone on the list tried the various suppliers? I need everything
including carpets, door panels, seat covers, and seat foams. What do you
recommend?
