DON"T cut the body in half!!!!!  Is the body off the car yet?  The rocker and 
floors can be replaced properly with the body on frame.  If the gaps are good 
you can weld a brace from the frt a post to the rear b post and remove the 
doors, then the body will not flex.  This type of work should be done by an 
experience welder.  If you don't fit into that range, leave it for someone 
who is.  Rockers are bad enough, but to do the floors also, it's not a small 
job.  You'll need a MIG welder, Plasma cutter and a lot of skill to do a safe 
job.  Just my 2 cents.
