One of the listers referred me to Power British who was the only person I had
run across having experience with this same problem. His solution was to
"tack" the pilot bushing in. Take a hammer & punch and simply make about a
dozen tacks on the flywheel around the perimeter of the bushing effectively
securing it in place. He cautioned not to "wail" on the bushing so it will
never come out. I tried all of the suggestions that came my way and this was
the only one that worked.
I have put on over 5,000 trouble free miles this summer and the clutch works
great.

I'm curious as to how you solved the problem of a loose pilot bushing. I
think I remember seeing a post about not allowing the pilot bush to spin,
but I forgot what the solution was. Could you elaborate, please?

Thanks as usual,
