Just this week I used my Colour Tune. I've had it for a couple of years and
have used it three times. A week ago I converted my 75 TR6 to electronic
ignition and am now doing a very extensive tune-up. The 75 has carbs
designed to meet tough emission standards so I thought it would be difficult
to get them to a rich setting. According to the Colour Tune they were
already way too rich. I've leaned them quite a bit but there is more testing
to be done. I move the Colour Tune from number 2 cylinder to number 5 and
compare the carbs. Another Colour Tune would be handy and save time. On
acceration you can see the flame go very yellow (rich) and then turn blue
with a hint of yellow (good) at speed. I hope to get some time this week to
work with it some more.

Hi Gary and List,
I've been thinking about getting one of these, the instructions at
Vintage Triumph <http://www.vtr.org/maintain/carbs.html> look pretty good,
but I'd like to hear from others...
