On cars I have seen with O2 sensors (mostly Audis and VWs), if the sensor is
in a cast iron exhaust manifold, it is unheated. If it is in a catalytic
converter further down the exhaust system, it is heated.

I think Bosch is the main one (that's what I'll be putting on my car later
this spring). Unless you want to spend really big $$$ and get one of the
ultra sensitive ones (which is undoubtedly overkill on a TR6).
