Chuck:

An interesting discovery in all this, is that Hoosier Street TD's are 
technially illegal according to the present rules as their Treadwear rating = 
0.  According to the last rev, the Treadwear rating must be > 0.  (Toyo's, 
BFGs, Yokos, are all 40 - 50).
