Racing Theme Decorations

Since I'll have to give up race car time for the usual seasonal
decorating pretty soon - was wondering what ideas others have for inside
or outside decorations with a racing theme. Surely Santa uses a Lola
some of the time?

Only restrictions are - 
 - to suit the little lady the inside decorations must not smell [stink]
of EP transmission oil
 - to suit the neighbors the outside decorations must not look anything
remotely like a 24ft trailer.

Ideas?
