Good paint Brian. I would add one more idea. When it comes time to pop rivet
the aluminum back on the frame put a thin coat of clear silicone sealant
between the tube and the aluminum. When you rivet it down, a little bead
should squeeze out. This reduces the chance that a galvanic reaction can
take place when two dissimilar metals are in contact.
