elliptical holes

Hope this question isn't off topic, but I know there are
some sheet metal fab experts on the list.

I need to make an elliptical hole in a 19 ga. steel body panel.
The major axis is about 1 in, minor axis about 3/4 in.  I could
do an OK job with a drill and a round file, but would prefer a
nice clean punched hole.  Has anyone seen ellipse-shaped radio
chassis punches?  If so, where might I get one?  Any other 
suggestions?
