I've seen several sidescreen cars with one or two leather hood straps.
We are still pre-paint so I have time. I think they look really good (not =
worried about originality) but I just wonder how much trouble they are when=
you need to open the hood. On our TR6 we open the hood and disconnect the=
battery whenever the car is going to sit for hours/days/etc. I'm thinking=
that the hood straps become a pita. And, of course, you can't just take t=
hem off.
Anyone have them or experience in this area?
