Here is another option. Heat riser solvent. Up to the 1960's (?) 
American cars had "heat risers on the exhaust manifolds. These would 
open to allow manifold heat to warm intake on initial start-up.  Hard to 
find today - garage sales, older repair shops, etc - but if this didn't 
break it loose, it was normally torch time.  Ted (who jealously guards 
his last can of Mopar Heat Riser Solvent)
