Joe,  I tried to talk Fred into taking highway 94 from St. Louis to
Jefferson City.  Highway 94 is an older highway that hugs the Missouri
river bluffs and is very scenic and curvy.  A true delight for British
sports cars (if the traffic isn't too heavy - and at that time of day it
wasn't).  I tried.
