Ask for a full refund, and if he refuses, threaten him with negative
feedback. Many sellers/buyers on eBay will completely avoid anyone with any
negative feedback at all (i.e. not accept bids their on items, etc), so I
bet you will get all of your $$$ back, including shipping both ways. HTH.
