Paul, what about "Vintage Plates" which would be the year of the cars
manufacture, I have 1959 Va. tag # 406, but that number has been made every
year since 1905, do you not have antique/vintage plates, also on tracing a
cars history all you need is the title number and a kind person at DMV.
