        Replace your plugs! Just gapping them may not do.

        I had a similar problem a year or so ago, and went thru many of the
        same steps. I even replaced the coil, but no improvement. Finally
        I decided to replace the plugs, even though they looked good under
        visual inspection. Voila!

        It's a cheap experiment anyway, and may well solve the problem.
