When I had mine off a few years back, there were a set of shims between the
trailing arms and frame.
If I remember correctly, this is how the trailing arms are aligned. Not
something your local Goodyear 
dealer is going to be able to do , but depending on where you live you
might find a former Triumph dealer
or mechanic who can align them for you.
