LBCs in Arizona

Fellow Scions and Triumphant ones,

Having made a short notice, whirlwind (did miss Friday's sand-storm!)
trip to Phoenix over the weekend, I have a question.

Where were all the LBCs? I didn't expect to see any LBCs at PIR,
but I did expect to see some on the streets of Phoenix. Or was it
too cold?
