I had a TR6 lock the front brakes after a recent Brake
Servo replacement. Noticed the brakes seemed REALLY
great after the replacement, i.e. very little free
play in the pedal. I could let the car cool and it
went back to working for awhile.
Placed a piece of 1/16" cardboard between master and booster
to cure the problem. Turns out there is an adjustment on
the brake servo to master pin and I suspect this should be
adjusted for each combination of master/servo to get the
slop just right.
