Buy a "foot" pump at Pep boys, its $7.99, use an old cheap
ink pen as a donor for the plastic tube. Now screw this
in the brake line hole, clamp pump line to the other end.
Place a piece of wood between the pads and add pressure.
Some combination of C-clamps, braces, etc. will get both
out, or you can rebuild the one that exits first.
This "foot" pump is handy for blowing out fuel lines from fuel
filter end to release the clogs while on the side of the road.
