For the last 10 years or so my daily drivers have been Toyota or Honda. The
grand total of repairs over that 10 years has been one oxygen sensor.

To those who denigrate Japanese cars, show me another car with the
rock-solid reliability, quality and value of a Toyota or Honda and I would
drive it. Hint: it's not going to be American or European.

Sure, there are cars that are more fun to drive, but most of them cannot be
relied on to start every single time without fail. Since I use my car for
work, it must be reliable and durable.
