I am trying to replace the rear brake pads on my 1960 bugeye. After replac=

on the hub and they are really tight. I have lowered the adjuster to its l=
owest position, removed the e-brake tension and the brakes piston is at its=
lowest compression and the pads rub so tight on the inside of the drum tha=
t they stop the wheel from turning. =C2=A0 can someone offer some sugge=
