Here in Kalifornia, '76 and later have to pass regular smog tests. That
pretty much takes the fun out of RBM's. There used to be antique car plates.
but I don't know if they still exist, and neither does the local DMV. I
think you had to promise not to drive the car more than 15 minutes a year
anyway.
