Yep, and if $1000 only gets a really crap paint job because that's all they 
 do for $1000 they ought to give him his money back so he save up for a  
$3000  job.  The paint shop's problem is that they either can't do a  decent 
job for $1000 and so shouldn't have taken the job or advised you get a  crap 
job for that price or they can't do a decent job at any price.
