It is terribly important to know what the Canadian Army was checking.
WD-40 has no "healing" properties and would need to be applied
frequently, is this for keeping tank treads (readily accessible)or a
hidden cavity rust free? Is this for aluminum or for steel? What
testing technique did they use? Salt spray, natural environment,
thermocycle, scratch???
