I think so.
The 4BT was a good fit with A/C, power steering, hydro boost brakes, etc.
The front of that PW is exactly like my bud's 42 carryall, IIRC.
It has a 4L80E transmission with electronic control.
When we first got it on the street the trans controller was not
calibrated right so it would chirp the 38" tires when shifting to 2nd
gear.
IIRC he was getting about 18MPG driving around town.
