This is an awesome post as I have no idea how the shipper I used shipped
Pinky from Los Angeles CA to NJ in 06, I do remember how they ripped the low
exhaust out when loading on the trailer and also let her roll off the ramp
smashing her rear trunk area into another car. BTW they never paid me a cent
because one, I never got photos all the way around the car from the po to
prove it was not damaged prior to shipping and two, because DAS shippers are
in my opinion is a ripoff. The key here is read that sheet they give you to
sign when the car arrives and compare photos with the car before signing
anything at the destination. The insurance adjuster who looked at my car
said DAS (Dependable Auto Shippers) have such a large shipping volume they
don't car what they do as they are always making $$$$. DON"T USE
http://www.dasautoshippers.com. They are inexpensive but will damage your
car so they are only good for a roller you are using for parts.
