David, how many cars at a time can your system handle? I like the idea of
two-lap runs, but that means you can't start a second car at the middle of
another run.
Have you considered handicapping rather than different classes? I hope to
get the Aluminum V-8 stuffed in Carrie's MGB next summer. I doubt that
there will be too many of those around. If Ron brings his race car, that
will be tough to match up with anything else, too.
Also, a novice class can be set up as a breakout class. In other words, if
they beat a predetermined percentage over the regular class ftd, they break
out and are dumped back in the regular class. Also, how about nobody with
race or autocross experience in the last 15 years can even try it. Yep,
it's been 16 years for me. ;-))
