If you trade it in on a new car.  Not a law yet, but it looks like it's coming.
 
( Ontario Canada )  Premier Dalton McGuinty said earlier this week the 
government is considering a so-called scrappage program in the budget to 
encourage people to buy new cars.
 
The program, proposed by Ford Canada CEO David Mondragon, would give consumers 
a $3,500 rebate or credit for trading in a vehicle that's at least 11 years old 
for a new one.
