Read up on the subject. Research won't hurt you.
I am going with a ZDDP-enhanced oil. After much reading and talking with
tech experts, I am using Brad Penn Racing Oil 20W-50. A tad more expensive,
but not as much as an engine rebuild. YMMV.

I think a molybdenum oil additive would probably work better than a zinc
one.
Given the same $10 price I would go for the moly...
