Michael,
Without being able to pass judgement on the quality of the 2
engines or their condition, all being equal I would lean toward
building the 67-69 as it should have the hardened crank and the cool
rods. But, then again if either parts were substituted in its last
rebuild, then it's a horse apiece.
So, the luminary Mr. Zoom is correct, not the blue one.
